Studied nutritional sciences at the University of Vienna and trained as a qualified nutritionist based on traditional Chinese medicine in Vienna. Numerous additional training courses followed, mainly in the areas of intestinal health, vegan nutrition, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and cooking course management. With her credo "eat what feels good" she has already helped numerous people on their way to holistic health.
On her blog and various online presences, she makes topics related to a balanced diet accessible to everyone. Consultant at the Austrian Institute for Holistic Therapy (ÖIGT) Vienna and independent in nutritional counseling since 2016 She looks after customers online and offline in order to support them individually with nutritional expertise and optimal support from traditional Chinese medicine.
