Corina Madreiter-Sokolowski is Professor of Molecular Aging at the Medical University of Graz. After completing her studies in pharmacy (2008–2012), she earned her PhD there (2012–2016). She gained international research experience through research stays in Paris and Stockholm, as well as during a two-year research appointment at ETH Zurich, Switzerland.
Since 2020, she has led a ten-member research group as a principal investigator at the Medical University of Graz. Her work is funded by multiple projects of the Austrian Science Fund (FWF) and focuses on the mechanisms of aging and age-associated diseases. In 2025, she co-authored the book The Code to Staying Young together with Kristina Hütter-Klepp.
